Gustav Vik, Chief Executive Officer and President
In addition to being Mirror Image's Chief Executive Officer and President, Gustav also serves as Director of Mirror Image. He has served as Director, Treasurer and Secretary of Xcelera Inc. since March 1989, and as the company's Executive Vice President since 1996. Gustav is the Chairman of Protegrity Corporation, the leader in enterprise-wide Data Security Management solutions, Chairman of Ineo Inc., focusing on telco carrier network security and a director of a number of other companies. Since September 1986, Mr. Vik has been Executive Vice President of Vik Brothers International USA Inc. And from September 1986 to April 1997, Mr. Vik was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Vik Brothers Insurance Inc. Mr. Vik attended the University of Stockholm from 1978 to 1981.
Alexander Vik, Chairman
Since March 1989, Alex Vik has served as Chief Executive Officer of Xcelera Inc. Alex has spearheaded the company's move to acquiring interests that focus on the movement of information across the Internet. Alex is the Chairman of Mirror-Image and also serves on the boards of numerous other companies. Since 1986, Alex has also been Chairman of and CEO of Vik Brothers International USA Inc. From February 1989 to May 1997, Alex served as Chairman of the board and Chief Executive Officer of Vik Brothers Insurance Inc., an insurance holding company. Alex holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.
Robert P. Andrews, Chief Financial Officer
Robert brings more than 23 years of accounting, finance and operations experience to Mirror Image. Prior to joining the company, Robert was a consultant and financial analyst with iRobot Corporation. Prior to iRobot, he founded Lupatech N.A., the North American sales, distribution and support branch of the leading South American flow-control products manufacturer. He also held the title of CFO at SmartTime Software, a privately held developer of time and attendance software, and Vice President, Finance and COO of Worcester Controls Corporation, a $100 million international manufacturer of flow control products. Robert is a member of the California Society of CPAs and the AICPA. He holds a B.S.B.A. from Northeastern University, Boston.
James G. Hart, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
James Hart is responsible for managing Mirror Image's worldwide sales channel and marketing organization. He is leading the rapid expansion of the company's customer base and continuing to grow the company's global sales revenue. James has been with Mirror Image since January 2001 and previously held the position of Director of Sales. Prior to joining Mirror Image, James was a Regional Sales Manager for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) company in San Diego. He has also worked for the United States Congress. James holds an M.A. in Politics (Congressional Studies) from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. and a B.A. in Political Science from The University of California, Irvine.
Ben Wyckoff, Chief Architect
Ben has over 20 years of professional software development experience and more than 10 years experience in the CDN industry. As Mirror Image's Chief Architect, Ben is responsible for overseeing and driving the architectures, services and system solutions that enable the company to capture significant market opportunities. Prior to his current role, Ben held the position of Mirror Image's Director of Advanced Technologies where he was responsible for evaluating, introducing and prototyping the company's new technologies. Before joining Mirror Image, he was a Principal Software Engineer at Clearway Technologies where he implemented services based on key CDN patents. Ben holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
